Our team of Exercise Specialist and Physical Therapist has specifically designed this class to improve flexibility, reduce muscular stiffness, speed up recovery, alleviate pain and prevent musculoskeletal injuries. During the 50 minute class we will target muscles that are commonly over active when performing activities of daily living and work specific tasks.

Our team of Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers and Trainers have developed a program for injury prevention as well as prepare your conditioning for sport.
Our bodies take a beating during workouts. Muscles fatigue, and they can break down if you go from one to another without adequate recovery. While stretching after exercise is better than nothing, our recovery-focused classes and treatments will incorporate foam rolling, yoga, light weight lifting and ground movement.
