Kevin Chiddister was born & raised in Fremont, Indiana. He lived in Fort Myers, Fl for several years before deciding Naples, Fl was the place he would like to call home and set down roots. In 2008, Kevin became a certified personal trainer with the ACE (American Council on Exercise), & received a degree in Exercise Science.
After being Director of Operations for Anytime Fitness for several years and helping 100’s of clients achieve their fitness goals. He left the corporate environment and started his own business Xtreme-Fit with Kevin, where he trained clients at Colliers Reserve, The Quarry, Worthington, Sterling Oaks, Quail West and many other country clubs in Lee and Collier County. After working at Naples Personal Training for 5 years he had the opportunity to purchase the business. “My goal has always been to own my own facility and make a difference in community”. Kevin’s training methods are practical, efficient, and extremely effective in helping clients of any background to get into the best physical condition possible by Working Out Smarter not Harder.
Throughout his life he has played sports & been a very active individual, but still felt he lacked the proper knowledge to get to his fitness goals. Kevin was plagued with constant plateaus & multiple injuries from playing sports during his teenage years. Since becoming a personal trainer, he has overcome many obstacles and achieved both personal fitness goals he has set for himself and his clients over the years. Kevin has made it his mission to help as many people as he can.
In his free time, he enjoys hiking, gulf swims, snorkeling, baseball, obstacle course racing, playing beach volleyball, frisbee with friends, and all the amazing things Southwest Florida has to offer.

Kayla preaches that fitness and wellness as an exciting, lifelong journey that truly never ends. When Kayla is not working, she enjoys staying active by playing tennis, swimming, and golfing.

Alberto is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He is a Naples native that is looking to further himself as well as others in his home town. He decided to start a career in fitness after suffering from obesity from the early age of six which continued well into his teenage years. When he hit the age of fifteen years old he had hit his peak weight at 265 lbs standing 5’6” which put him into the morbidly obese category that lasted well throughout his highschool years. At the age of eighteen he decided to take an initiative to start a gym membership where he began spending his free time biking, walking, weight lifting. Even though he was having success with weight loss he was still intimidated by the thought of a getting a personal trainer which led him to research different types of exercises, healthier eating habits, and other important information that a personal trainer would be conveying over to him. Over the course of three years Alberto had lost over 100 lbs and stayed committed to a healthier lifestyle and exercise and wanted to further expand his knowledge which led him to go back to school to learn more about personal training and how it can be used as preventative healthcare. Alberto later enrolled into Heritage institute where he studied the (NASM) and American council on Exercise(ACE) curriculums together before deciding on choosing (NASM). He was interning at Naples Personal Training during this period during this time and is now training as an (NASM) accredited (CPT) and is now fully committed to making lasting impacts by teaching the importance of exercise in a healthy life, and helping others make smarter lifestyle choices everyday that will help with long term success with the health goals.

Susan has been a certified Pilates Instructor since 2001 (with over 800 hours of training) through Kathy Corey, Master Instructor. Susan underwent comprehensive Polestar Pilates training, integrating Physical Therapy and Pilates. She is a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor, and has worked with clients, who have had physical injuries or disabilities, helping them return to golf.
Her Physical Therapy doctoral case study was entitled the Integration of Health Coaching and Physical Therapy, and is published in Pro Quest. In addition Susan is a Certified Health Coach, through Wellcoaches tm, and is on a personal quest for health and wellness. She enjoys helping others to reach their wellness goals.
Susan Baver Mann, DPT, received her transitional Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Florida Gulf Coast University in May 2015, her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from University of Iowa with an emphasis on Ergonomics and the Biomechanics of the Spine and Sports Biomechanics, and BS in Physical Therapy from University of Kansas. She has over 30 years of experience as a physical therapist, focusing on women’s health and wellness issues ( such as low back pain, pelvic floor weakness, osteoporosis, scoliosis, fibromyalgia and chronic pain). Lee earned his Bachelors of Science Degree in Exercise Science from Appalachian State University. Lee is also a ACSM Certified Personal Trainer with a strong passion for Corrective Exercising, which is exercises focused on improving: muscular imbalances, postural issues, and abnormal movement patterns. Lee takes a unique approach to every individual he works with regardless of age, as “healthy living” should be integrated into your current lifestyle in fun & realistic ways. Lee says: “I want you to find the enjoyment in exercise and make it a part of your everyday lifestyle.
